The Film London Jarman Award shortlist is a selection of recent films by nominated mid-career artists. Inspired by visionary filmmaker Derek Jarman, the award showcases artists' moving image to audiences through this annual touring programme.

Continuing g39s commitment to moving-image dialogue in the g39 Sinema programme, our long standing partnership with Film London has meant that we have been able to bring these films and filmmakers here. We’ve previously hosted talks with Michelle Williams Gamaker, Grace Ndiritu, Larry Achiampong, Andrew Black and Adham Faramawy - as well as working on projects to take the work of Welsh moving image artists to new audiences.
