Heledd Evans works with experimental audio collage and print.
‘My practice is concerned with the senses, particularly the rejection of dominion of sight over the rest of sensorium. I explored this most recently in curated the exhibition, ‘Haptic’, at Three Doors Up, an exhibition of ceramic work with a sensory audio tour. I mainly work in sound, stemming from my background as a violinist, creating soundscapes inspired by the environmental sounds around me.’
Heledd is currently a 2nd student at Cardiff School of Art and Design, she exhibited as part of the Juncture exhibition there.
