Ian Watson is a multi disciplinary artist working across 2D, sound and video.
Ian studied painting at UWIC Howard Gardens campus, and prior to that at Hastings College near to his childhood home. Since graduating in 2000 he has worked in film and television post production, making a return to Art making in 2009 and has since continued to produce video work for musical performances, theatre and video installations.
Ian has taught drawing and animation workshops for Criw Celf and Arts Active, as a visiting lecturer teaching a module in Creative Sound and Music at USW and is also an Arts Council of Wales Creative Practitioner. The artist was in the following exhibitions:
