Nooshin Farhid’s work is primarily concerned with the moving image, which takes the form of single screen works, installations, interventions and animation, still photography and the production of texts.


Nooshin Farhid has exhibited nationally and internationally including UN-SPEAK, The Centre for Contemporary Art Lagos, Nigeria, Rencontres Internationales Paris/Berlin/Madrid, Centre Pompidou, Paris, Reina Sofia National Museum, Madrid, Haus der Kulturen der Welt, Berlin. 3rd Mardin Biennial, Mardin, Turkey, Marrakesh Biennale, Marrakesh, Morocco, International Video Art Festival at Katara Art Center, Doha, Qatar, and screening with Cinenova at the Showroomboom. She was a long time collaborator with the artist Paul Eachus; they created a number of collaborative projects including ‘Trans Chaosmos Facility’ funded by The Henry Moore Foundation. Sadly, Paul passed away in 2015.
